This week all our learning has been around the traditional story The Three Little Pigs and The Big Bad Wolf.

At home you can help by reading or orally retelling the story with your child, encouraging them to repeat out loud some parts e.g. "So I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!"

In the Summer term our learning will happen in the context of traditional tales.

You can help by retelling these tales at home with your child e.g. The Gingerbread Man, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Little Red Riding Hood etc. If you would like to read these stories aloud to your child, the library at Gorton Hub is a great place to visit.
