I’m Mrs McGovern and I presently work in the early years, in the reception classes at Sacred Heart school. I’ve worked for 40 years in various early years settings, gathering lots of knowledge along the way. I really enjoy outdoor play and get really excited about joining in with the children’s lead. We make dens and mud pies and turn lots of boring equipment into exciting and new projects, using recycled and reclaimed materials. I have a degree in Early Years education and a passion for loose parts play. In my free time (if you can call it that), I enjoy watching my daughter and granddaughter perform in dance competitions all over Europe and spending time with my amazing 5 grandchildren.
