Hello, I’m Mr Clearly. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy keeping active by working out in the gym or going into the countryside for long walks. I love all types of music and particularly enjoy seeing live bands. Reading is my other favourite pastime. I have been teaching for thirty years and I can honestly say I still absolutely love this vocation. I am truly blessed to be teaching such wonderful children and each morning I am welcomed with smiling, contented faces which constantly nourish my soul.

Hello! I’m Mrs McCarthy, and I am really looking forward to getting to know all of the children and families in Class 7, as well as working alongside Mr Cleary and Mrs Lord. I have worked in schools across Salford, Bury and Manchester, and I am very proud to serve the community of Sacred Heart as Deputy Headteacher.
My favourite subject to teach is History, which I have an Undergraduate Degree in, and my favourite topic to teach KS2 is WW2! I also really enjoy teaching maths and seeing those ‘lightbulb moments’ in children.
I live at home with Mr McCarthy and our two cats, Bella and Marley. My favourite thing to do in my free time is travel the world, listen to music, and spend time with my family and friends.

I am Mrs Lord and I have now worked at Sacred Heart for 11 very happy years. I live at home with Mr Lord and our young daughter who keeps us very busy! In our spare time, we enjoy visiting family and spending time in the great outdoors. I also enjoy cooking meals for our family. My favourite lessons to teach are Science and Reading.
Children should wear their P.E. kits to school each Tuesday and Friday. A change of clothes is not required; children can wear their kits all day. Please remember, trainers or pumps should be black.
