Northwood Farm Visit

Class 4 and Class 6 visited Northwood Farm this week. There were sheep, cows and chickens on sight and the children learnt all about how the farm works. We had a wonderful time understanding the different types of animal feed, how to birth a lamb and how to get milk from a cow! Before we departed back to school, we even learnt about how a river helps farms and identified bugs in the fields! It was a lovely sunny day, full of learning!
